From design to realisation

NIJL Composites makes constructions of Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP). NIJL specialises in providing services for the entire process, from design through to completion.



Our facilities include:



Design and engineering department





NIJL Composites Design Office



Internal design and static calculation ensure short communication lines and allow for customer input in the design process. The drawing office produces detailed designs of the composite structures. 3D models allow the customer to track progress of the design by means of an internet explorer.





Project management department





NIJL Composites project management department



Project management is responsible for the complete coordination of the process and all communication with the customer.





Production





One of the NIJL production facilities

Our own production facilities with CAD-CAM integration makes it possible to securely control the main construction machinery in the workshop. NIJL Composites has (through the NIJL group) production facilities for Steel, Aluminium and Fibre Reinforced Plastics.





Installation



The installation of the Docking Systems is exectued by the own NIJL Composites installation teams. Delivery time and quality is secured.
