The NIJL organisation is a line - staff organisation. Within this organisation people work together on common goals as quality and reliability. Despite of the many possibilities of modern technique and machinery, the production of Fibre Reinforced Plastics (FRP) products is 'a matter of people'. NIJL can build on the knowledge and experience of her employees.

NIJL Staalconstructies and NIJL Aircraft Docking have their own particularly activities. The founding of NIJL Composites has two purposes. First it is a reinforcement of NIJL Staalconstructies en NIJL Aircraft Docking. Secondly, NIJL Composites will be active in markets using only the material FRP. The NIJL organisation supplies the whole package. In practice this means to solve a construction problem by using several materials for an optimal result.
